My design practice has actually grown from being a graphic production designer to more web design especially in the past year. I’ve been a designer for almost 10 years now. When I graduated from college we moved to Chicago and I became the Director of Marketing for 3 years for a commercial real estate firm downtown. It was an amazing experience. I taught myself all the programs and with the mentoring of my boss, the Co-President, I started the Marketing Department there that designed and produced all the marketing materials for the broker teams.

After pursuing my MFA in art, I’ve been working for my aunt’s nonprofit for the past 2 years and now can officially call myself a web designer. I think I just love learning new skill sets.
